job detailsAre you skilled in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic repair? We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Union City and Newark CA Responsibilities:
Perform basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic repair and preventive maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot equipment issues to determine root causes and implement solutions.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures and safety hazards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment condition.
Requirements:
Proven experience in performing maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational or technical training in maintenance or a related field.
Certification in specific maintenance areas is a plus.
